Awesome Places

Using my passion for photography as an excuse, I end up exploring many scenic places around the world. Something wonderful happens when I carry a camera while traveling — especially a professional-looking camera with a tripod — local people want to share their “special” places with me. It happens all the time. But when I make a photograph of a special place, I feel as though I am “taking” away something sacred, in an sense. In return, iI feel it is important to always give back to the location which I am visiting. Maybe this means picking up some litter, or perhaps keeping the location secret, or donating a finished photo… just something. Here are some photos of my favorite places.
