Image Licensing

I license out many of my images for use in advertising, web design, marketing & promotional brochures. This is an important part of my business, and I am somewhat selective about how my artwork is used. It is important to me that my images are used in a way that positively promotes the Hawaiian culture that I love.

I will need some basic information before I can quote you a price:

• On what medium will the image be displayed? Magazine? Brochure? Web? Product label?
• What size will the image be? Full page? Half page? Thumbnail?
• How many will be printed? What is the magazine distribution? What is your mailout number?
• Do you request that this image is licensed exclusively to your company? Exclusively to your industry?
• What is the time frame of usage? Annual license? One-time advertisement? Three month all-inclusive marketing campaign?

After reviewing your request, then I can write a one-page agreement with a price quote. My prices are in line with industry standards. Licensing fees may range from $150 annually for a small website design image on up to $20,000 annually for a national web/print exclusive ad campaign image. My price is fair and I will provide you with a great marketing tool.
